Cécile de Cormis

Cécile brings senior level expertise to a diverse range of projects, from developing fundraising strategy to advising on commercial income streams.

Beginning her career at Somerset House Trust, Cécile moved to Tate’s Corporate Events team before leading Corporate Development at Tate for several years, across both Gallery and Enterprises. During her time at Tate, Cécile spearheaded the relationships with a number of the gallery’s key multi-year corporate partners, established significant new income streams and built a high performing business development team.

Skilled at balancing a philanthropic mission with commercial imperatives, Cécile has amassed a wealth of experience in raising funds in the cultural sector which she now brings to her work as a consultant. Cécile firmly believes that people are the crux of any undertaking and her passion lies in uniting people and teams in support of an overarching mission.
